Diploma of Community Welfare Work-CHC50702 (CRICOS Course Code 064222A)

This course will provide students with the required skills and knowledge to work as professionals in the community services industry.
The course consists of both workshop study in the form of workshop lectures as well as work experience in the industry. The teaching methods used by the trainers will include face-to-face workshop lectures, supervised work placements, case studies, role plays, workplace simulation, written assignments, presentations, etc.

Workers in this role are usually involved in service delivery in the form of either direct client work or community development projects. Workers at this level operate at an advanced skill level and may also have the responsibility for supervision of other staff or volunteers.
