The ISO platform allows students or sub agents to search through our search engine of courses.

Our search engine will present details of the course and the course provider, and they can apply online.

Our focus is on International Students studying in Australia.

Sub Agents - Application Guidelines

Who needs to Register (Registration and our Services are FREE)

All education agents who wish to use the International Students Online website platform.

  • If you use, or purport to use experience in education consulting procedures to provide advice and assistance to an overseas student wishing to study in Australia must register as an ISO Sub Agent.
  • You may not have an agreement with a College or University that ISO represent
  • You may enjoy the easy to use platform and online enrolment facilities
  • We offer our sub agent’s full 24hour assistance and advice with all courses offered
  • We offer free migration advice relating to Australia (we are qualified Migration Agents) Once you register (FREE) and your application is accepted then you have the use of the ISO website platform.

Application

You will be required to complete the Declaration at the bottom of the Sub Agents Application Form – this will be an acknowledgment that you have read and understood the guidelines and conditions of being a sub agent for ISO.

If you do not provide all of the information required or provided only partial information, your application may be delayed significantly.

If your application is approved, ISO will activate your account and you will be able to have access to all functions of the ISO platform as a sub agent.

Communication

ISO requires that all current Sub Agents keep their personal profile details updated all times.

Services you Receive on the ISO Platform

The ISO platform provides you with an online access to study courses in Australia where you can search the database, and actually submit an application, and then manage the process for your clients using our unique online tools.

  • You manage your clients exclusively
  • Access to over 1000 courses from an extensive list of excellent Colleges and Universities throughout Australia
  • ISO staff will offer you assistance 24 hrs a day – course information, enrolment process, migration questions, any assistance you require to successfully use our website portal
  • Communicate and personally handle the students you refer to the ISO platform
  • Students once registered can search for courses themselves or with your assistance, they ca save courses and application (enrolment into their personal account) You will have access to their Enrolments and documents
  • Students have access to Online Enrolment for every course
  • You can access a range of 'other' student services such as migration advice and student visas, accommodation, and more

How does it work?

Once accepted as a Sub Agent for ISO. Quite simply, you log into your personal Admin interface ‘sub agent account’, you will be provided with your own personal unique ‘Sub Agent Refer Code.’

This will give you exclusive access to prospective students you have referred to the ISO website and have registered. You will be able to use the platform as if it was your own toolset. Access it from anywhere in the world.

Once your application has been granted you will have access to the following services:

  • Course searches by our Course Finder or Search by Sub Category
  • Students or Sub Agents can load documents into their students account
  • Online Enrolments
  • Letter of Offer (will be automatically loaded into the student’s account)
  • Confirmation of Enrolment (will be automatically loaded into the student’s account)
  • Migration and Visa assistance (we are Registered Migration Agents in Australia)
  • Orientation information before arrival

Commission Payment (Revised Annually)

ISO will pay the following commissions to the Sub Agent upon the successful enrolment of each student.

  • 50% of total tuition fees for all Courses offered by the Education Provider.
  • A bonus of 10% = (60%) of total fees will be offered if the Sub Agent successfully signs up ten (10) (ten) or more students in first two semesters.
  • A bonus of 20% = (70%) of total fees will be offered if the Sub Agent successfully signs up 25 (twenty five) or more students in first two semesters.

Rules of Operation:

ISO’s mission statement is to “treat every prospective International Student with the utmost respect, honesty and ethical approach possible.”

ISO has the right to monitor all communications of each student managed by a sub agent. If we feel the need to offer input or correct information supplied, we will advise firstly the sub agent and then the student via the online communication portal.

If ISO representatives’ believe the sub agent has acted in a dishonest or deceptive manner, ISO holds the right to address these concerns with the sub agent immediately. If a serious breach occurs – expulsion from the ISO platform as a sub agent may result.
