Campuses

Broadmeadows Campus
Kangan Batman TAFE's main campus is located approximately 20km from the CBD. Broadmeadows houses purpose-built specialist training facilities such as the Aviation Industry Training Centre, the Transport and Logistics Centre and the Polymer Engineering Centre. It also houses the Gunung-Willam-Balluk Learning Centre for Indigenous students, as well as our fully licensed, hospitality training facility, Richards Restaurant.

The campus is a five-minute walk from the Broadmeadows Town Hall, and is directly opposite Broadmeadows Shopping Centre. Parking available on campus.

Docklands

The Automotive Centre of Excellence (ACE) at Docklands is Kangan Batman TAFE's newest campus. It is located on the southern edge of the CBD. Stage One, which opened in August 2006, houses body trades training, incorporating vehicle paint, panel beating and body making. Visit the ACE website for more information.

The Docklands is bordered by the Yarra River downstream of the Melbourne Central Business District.

Moreland

Coburg

The Coburg campus is situated in Melbourne's northern suburbs, approximately 15km from the CBD. It primarily houses Kangan Batman TAFE's automotive training, in areas such as light and heavy vehicle mechanics, vehicle trimming, motor sport and motorcycle mechanics. Parking available on campus.

Richmond

The Richmond campus spans over two streets, and is only a few km away from the CBD. It is home to study areas such as automotive, fashion and millinery, business and sport and recreation. Richmond's central location means excellent access to established public transport networks. Parking available on campus.

Essendon

The Essendon campus is approximately 10km from the CBD, in a region recognised as the leading centre for office, retail and business services in Melbourne's north-west.

The Essendon area is known for its premier sports and entertainment facilities that include the Moonee Valley Race Course (Australia's harness racing capital), Windy Hill (home of the Essendon Football Club) and a chain of parks around and along the Maribyrnong River. Parking available on campus.
