South Pacific Institute

South Pacific Institute is a modern and advanced institute that provides high-quality education relevant to the ever-changing demands of the workforce and provides a firm base for students who want to pursue higher education in Hospitality, Management and English our courses.

South Pacific Institute currently has two campuses. Main campus is conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and all the highlights the city has to offer. Second campus facilitates our training kitchen and is located on Smith Street, Fitzroy, and is literally across the road from public transport. The training kitchen is a fully equipped commercial kitchen, with a dining area for customers. The restaurant is open to customers during the “Holistic Units”. These units are designed to simulate realistic industry environments and require students to cook and serve food to actual customers, within accepted industry standards and timelines.
